Our key directions reflect our belief in the vital importance of effective, timely and meaningful communication with all our care partners, which is actioned daily in how we work.  During times of this pandemic we want to reassure all our care partners of our process for “Staying In Touch”.

Daily communications occur with relative stakeholders and partners  across the province.  Our Windsor Elms Village teams meets daily to discuss changes as they occur, and the potential impacts for residents, families, and those that provide their care.  It is important to us that we balance risk with safety and quality of life.  Therefore, when risks are low, we will do our best to create systems and processes to keep you connected with your loved one(s) in the safest format possible.

We want families and community to know that no matter what the situation, we will always strive to ensure our Residents and Staff receive opportunities, daily, for meaningful experiences in a safe and happy home.
