Welcome Home

We are home to 107 residents and 1 respite bed for whom we strive to ensure, receive the highest quality of care possible.

We have three distinct neighbourhoods, Osprey Landing, Meadowview Landing & Fundyview Terrace. Each Neighbourhood is home to 36 residents, 4 houses with 9 residents living in each house.

Each Neighbourhood has it’s own street that is connected to our central area where we have a courtyard, beauty salon, café and a chapel.  With such a diverse group of residents, you’ll find that each one of our houses has its own character.  At Windsor Elms we strive to create the flexibility that mirrors life in the communities and homes our residents have known.

Each neighbourhood has the following:

  • 2 Therapeutic Gardens
  • 2 Spa Bathing Areas
  • Neighbourhood Center for events/activities
  • Children’s play area
  • Offices for the Nurses
  • Conference Room
  • Convenient Parking for Visitors right outside the Neighbourhood front door
