Paul Turgeon

Director of Environmental Services

With more than 35 years of hands-on mechanical expertise, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. His career began in the Royal Canadian Navy, where he developed a strong foundation in technical operations, discipline, and problem-solving. From there, he carried his skills into civilian service with Saint Mary’s University and the Halifax Regional Centre for Education, supporting large and complex facilities.

Most recently, Paul worked with the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency, overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring safe, efficient environments for residents across the province. Along the way, he has also gained valuable experience in both long-term care and acute care settings, particularly in Environmental Services, where he has supported quality of life for residents through safe, well-managed spaces.

Paul’s career reflects not only technical expertise but also a deep commitment to creating environments where people can thrive. His combination of military precision, institutional knowledge, and healthcare experience makes him a trusted and dependable member of our team.
