Nancy O’Halloran

Nancy joined the WEV Board of Directors in 2018 and currently serves on the Quality Committee.  She resides in Kentville, with her husband Glenn and dog Bella. Her boys are all grown up and grew up here, in the Valley, after the family was posted for work, in 2007.

Her warm, outgoing personality and humour are instrumental in letting you knowing, she is originally from Newfoundland. She has displayed a life-long and true passion for Safety & Happiness.

In 2007, Nancy served as the Director of Recreation, here at Windsor Elms, in a maternity leave position. This helps to reinforce her interest and motivation in understanding and improving the ongoing goals and operations of our home.

She is the proud CEO of Nova Scotia’s largest first aid company, BraveHeart First Aid. Most recently, she was nominated for Business Women of the Year and Pioneer Woman of The Year, here in the Annapolis Valley. She believes in planning ahead and building confidence, knowledge and skills, in all aspects of safety and life, in general.

Nancy has a huge heart and, truly believes, everyone needs and deserves to focus on being happy and feeling safe.

Nancy is leaving her mark, training 1000’s of individuals in a year, in first aid and CPR, in homes and workplaces around Nova Scotia. Prevention is the key. Planning ahead is her platform.

She leaves her heart-print wherever she goes.
