Michaela Tracy
Life Enrichment (Recreation) Manager
I want to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my background.
I have a background working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. I spent over two years
leading outdoor programs at Brigadoon Village, Canada’s largest pediatric camp. I have worked at Dykeland Lodge for almost 5 years, most recently as a Recreation Therapy Associate, where I helped supervise the recreation team and develop engaging, meaningful programs for our residents. Beyond long-term care, I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate and contribute to programs for local schools, family camps, corporate retreats, the March of Dimes, and the FUNdamentals Special Olympics program.
Recreation Therapy is my passion, and I love creating inclusive, engaging, and fun experiences that bring people together. As a leader, I believe in strong communication, teamwork, and leading by example. I’m here to support each of you, and I look forward to learning from your experiences and working together!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Phoenix, being outdoors, and trying new things! (most recently, Pickleball). I’m looking forward to getting to know each of you! Please feel free to reach out to connect. LEM@winelms.ca
