Resident Care Manager

Katie has been a dedicated member of the Windsor Elms team for the past 15 years. She began her career as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA). Katie expanded her career by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Along the way, she also shared her knowledge and experience as the Clinical Lab Supervisor for the CCA Program through CBBC, hosted by the Windsor Elms, helping to mentor and support the next generation of continuing care professionals.

Katie has now accepted the position of Resident Care Manager at Osprey. Her journey reflects her dedication to excellence, leadership, and advocacy for both residents and staff. She is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment where quality care and teamwork are at the heart of everything she does.

Outside of work, Katie is the proud mother of two young children who keep her busy and bring so much joy to her life. She loves spending her free time with her family, making memories, and embracing all the adventures that come with raising young kids.
