Joe Mosher

Joe joined the Windsor Elms Village Board of Directors in June 2026 and looks forward to contributing on the Finance and Quality Committees.

Joe was born and raised in Three Mile Plains, NS.

He is a senior business leader with more than 40 years of experience in telecommunications, marketing, information technology, business strategy, and sales enablement. Throughout his career, Joe built a reputation for collaborative leadership, practical problem solving, and helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential through coaching and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Joe is a whitewater canoeist, wilderness camper and traveler with a passion for great food and wine.

Joe is the author of “How to Be a Good Customer: Master the Art of Having Your Expectations Exceeded”, a book promoting stronger partnerships between customers and businesses through mutual respect and collaboration. More recently, he co-authored “Five Old Guys’ Guide to Canoe & Camping Hacks”, a practical and light-hearted collection of lessons learned over more than 35 years of wilderness canoe tripping with his canoe buddies.

Joe’s connection to Windsor Elms Village is deeply personal. His mother was a resident, and witnessing the compassion, dignity, and sense of purpose fostered by the staff left a lasting impression on him. He is honoured to serve on the Board and is committed to supporting Windsor Elms Village as it continues to provide exceptional resident-centred care guided by the Eden Alternative philosophy.
