Director of Finance and Facilities

I joined the Windsor Elms Village in 2015 and currently serve as Director of Finance and Facilities. I co-manage an incredible Business Office & People Team responsible for administering our Resident admissions & accounts, DHW Service Agreement, accounting, scheduling, payroll, staffing, and reception. I also provide facilities oversite, through our remarkable Director of Environmental Services. I report to the CEO as well as to the Finance Committee and WEV Board, preparing & presenting the financial statements and analysis, as well as managing our investment portfolio, cash flow, fixed assets, and audit.

I am WEV’s resident hobby beekeeper with several hives on-site producing beautiful golden honey from the abundant wild flora. My wife and I have been married over 30 years, and have 3 incredible children, age 18 to 25. I was and am actively involved with several community-based sports organizations, as Treasurer, and/or as a team manager or coach. I enjoy walking, hiking, fishing, hunting, reading a good book, watching a great action movie, or a detective/police TV series.
