Aine Casey

Aine Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Dalhousie University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Xavier University. Her career spans long-term care, acute care, and home care, reflecting a deep commitment to holistic and compassionate healthcare.

For the past 20 years, Aine has been an educator at Nova Scotia Community College. She spent a decade teaching in the Practical Nursing program and, for the last 10 years, has focused on the Continuing Care Assistant program.

Aine is pleased to join the Board of Directors and looks forward to supporting both residents and staff. She is an advocate of the Eden Philosophy, embracing its person-centered approach to care and its emphasis on creating vibrant, meaningful communities for older adults.
